If you place an order, we keep a record of what items you bought, your delivery information, and your billing address information. If you have created an account with us, we will have access to your email address and other information you choose to include. We also keep a record of all email to and from customer support, and these private conversations are never shared or sold to any third party.

We use Google Marketing Platform for analytics that keep track of how many visitors use our site, what countries they are from, and what pages they view. We use this information to improve our site, and it is never shared or sold. This data will not be tracked if you are browsing with Do Not Track enabled, or deny Analytics cookies on our cookie consent banner.

How we use your data

Our record of what you have bought is only used for invoices and for your convenience. Your delivery information is handed over to the chosen postal service for the order (USPS, or UPS) which may include your shipping address and phone number, or any other information inputted for delivery at checkout. Your billing address is only shared with us and Stripe1 and only used for payments as needed. Your account information is only used for your email subscriptions on circuitneato.com. We may share your recorded data to law enforcement if required by law or authorities.

Payment Providers

Credit/debit card payments are processed by Stripe. All credit/debit card data including the cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are sent to Stripe to be processed after submitting your order. We only log the order amount, the cardholder name, only the last four digits of the credit/debit card, and the expiration date, as in compliance with the PCI-DSS.
