These are simple but handy adapters for SMD components in 0805 or 1206 packages. Need a 0.1uF through hole capacitor but only have surface mount ones? Solder them down to this adapter and stick it wherever you need! It is good to have a few of these around your shop before you need them, for when you need them. Each adapter breaks out both of the component’s pads to 2.54mm (0.1″) spaced header pins to be used primarily for prototyping in breadboards!
You get not one, but a row of 5 adapter boards that can be easily snapped apart from each other for prototyping with more parts! And each board has space for up to 4 SMD components. This product also ships with 40 header pins that can be soldered to the adapter boards. The spacing between each row of pins is 0.3″.
