USB-A Female Breakout Board

If you need to add a USB port to your project, or add a port to a microcontroller with USB capabilities, this is the board for you. It breaks out each pin of a female USB-A connector to 2.54mm (0.1″) header pins for easy prototyping and incorporation into your projects. If you need a USB 3.0 version, you can find it here. You can access both power and data pins (VBUS, D+, D-, and GND) including the connector’s shield which is electrically connected to both mounting holes. The board and port are capable of outputting up to 1.5A.
