Return Policy
You can return most items you buy as long as they meet our requirements. Make sure you have read over the item’s documentation/tutorial if it has one, as common mistakes or troubleshooting tips for your problem may be located there.
- The item was purchased less than 30 days ago.
- The item is unaltered or not heavily used.
- The item was damaged during the shipping process.
- The wrong item was received.
These requirements are not final as things can change depending on the case.
Items that were soldered, damaged by you, or in any way modified may not be applicable for a return.
Return items that are found to be defective by the manufacturer will be refunded fully including shipping and return shipping if applicable.
Circuitneato customer support will accept or deny any return requests before you send back the items.
Return refunds will be sent to the original payment method of the order(s).
Returns must include all parts and/or accessories as well as the item they came with.
