Handling

There are no extra handling charges for domestic orders nor international orders. Your order will be shipped same day or the day after (usually same day).

Free Shipping

Your order qualifies for free shipping if:

1. You have over $50 of products in your cart that ¹qualify for free shipping in your order.
2. Your shipping address is inside the U.S. (all 50 states)
3. Your order weight does not exceed 15 pounds

1. All products qualify for free shipping unless they hit certain criteria like being too large or too heavy. Products that do not qualify for free shipping will have a written warning at the bottom of the item description.

The free shipping option uses the USPS Ground Advantage shipping service. This service usually takes around 2-5 business days. If you would like us to check if your order will qualify for free shipping in advance, feel free to contact us.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping Services

We have 7 domestic shipping services to choose from. All seven services have tracking available. We recommend using USPS services when possible. Delivery times are from when your order ships. Local pickup is currently not an option.

• USPS Priority Mail Express – Guaranteed delivery on the next business day or 2 business days by 6pm.
• USPS Priority Mail – Delivery in 1-3 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
• USPS Ground Advantage – Delivery in 2-5 business days, can be slower for addresses offshore from the contiguous 48 states. Our most affordable option.
• UPS Ground – Delivery in 1-5 business days. Can be delivered on Saturdays depending on location.
• UPS 3 Day Select – Delivery in 1-3 business days, delivers only to the 48 contiguous states.
• UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery in 1-2 business days.
• UPS Next Day Air – Delivery within 24 hours. Our fastest option.

International Shipping

Shipping Services

We have 7 international shipping services for countries outside of the USA. All of these services are trackable except USPS First Class Package International.

• USPS Priority Mail Express International – Delivery in 3-5 business days. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service.
• USPS Priority Mail International – Delivery in 6-10 business days. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service.
• USPS First Class Package International – Delivery in 2-4 weeks, sometimes over 6 weeks depending on the destination. Only for orders up to $400. Our most affordable option. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service. Note that these packages do NOT include tracking and are NOT insured. This means if the package is lost, Circuitneato is not responsible for a replacement.
• UPS Worldwide Saver – Delivery in 1-3 business days, typically delivered by the end of day.
• UPS Worldwide Express – Delivery in 1-3 business days, typically delivered by 10:30 a.m. or noon. Our fastest option.
• UPS Worldwide Expedited – Delivery in 2-5 business days, typically delivered by end of day.

Duties, Tariffs and Other Taxes

All duties, tariffs, and other taxes for international orders must be handled by the customer. There is no way for Circuitneato to perfectly predict what these fees will be and charge you at checkout. There are online tools that can help estimate what these fees will look like. If you the customer refuses to pay these fees, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Delivery Days

USPS nor UPS make deliveries on Sunday. USPS always makes deliveries on Saturday unless it is a holiday. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday except for UPS Ground, depending on the location. Days that these services do not deliver packages on should not be counted as business days.
