These “Terms” are a contract between you and Circuitneato. By using and ordering from this website, and using services by Cicuitneato, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you cannot use Circuitneato. These Terms are subject to change at any time. You will be notified before any changes take effect.

Terms of Sale

Orders on this website may or may not be final and non-refundable. If an order has not been paid for 10 days after confirmation, your order will be cancelled. Circuitneato may mark certain products and services as non-refundable and/or non-cancelable. Orders on these products or services will not be able to be refunded and/or canceled. Please read our refund policy for more information.

Payments

Payments must be made with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Credit/debit cards must clear the authorization process and will be charged before shipment. Apple Pay and Google Pay are charged at the time of the order. Order processing may be paused to request or verify additional payment information.

Shipping

Circuitneato’s delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed by us. Circuitneato is not liable for delays in the shipping process that are out of our control. For international orders outside of the United States, you take the responsibility of paying any VAT, tariff, taxes, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. If you refuse to pay these fees, we may not be able to issue any refunds. Content Rights

You own the rights to the content you post on this website including comments, and forum posts. You are responsible for the content you post. You take responsibility on all risks related to your content including someone’s reliance to it’s accuracy or claims related to intellectual property.

We have the right to remove the content you post for any reason. We may remove your content it is harmful to other users, reveals private information on other users or if it is spam. You can remove any content you post at any time. Processing the deletion of content may take a small amount of time.

Limited Warranty

All products listed on this website are under our limited warranty. Circuitneato’s limited warranty allows the customer to return any defective product under our confirmation for a period of 30 days after the delivery date. We will either replace, repair, or refund you for any confirmed defective products. Defective products do not include products damaged by misuse, abuse, or on accident.

CIRCUITNEATO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

Circuitneato is not liable to you, or any third party, for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind from Circuitneato’s products and services, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of customers, costs of product recalls or damage to reputation.
